MBH Developments is a First Nations and family-owned development company based in British Columbia, dedicated to creating housing on First Nations lands that honours people, culture, and place.

We specialize in delivering high quality, affordable homes through innovative construction methods, including prefabrication and culturally grounded design, with a focus on addressing critical housing needs within Indigenous communities. Our work is rooted in respect for Nation priorities, local traditions, and the long term well-being of families and future generations.

With experience in architecture, construction, and Indigenous-led development, our team brings over 25 years of combined expertise delivering residential projects across BC. Headquartered in the Kwakiutl First Nation with operations in Nanaimo, we work in partnership with First Nations leadership, housing departments, and community members to create solutions that are scalable, locally appropriate, and community-driven.
