MBH Developments is a First Nations and family-owned development company based in British Columbia, building homes that honour people, culture, and place.

 

We specialize in high-quality, affordable housing through innovative construction methods - including prefabrication and infill development - with a commitment to addressing the province’s housing shortage in both urban and on-reserve communities. With deep roots in architecture, construction, and Indigenous-led design, we bring together technical expertise and cultural respect to create housing that reflects the values of family and  community.

Our team has over 25 years of combined experience delivering residential projects across BC. We are proudly Indigenous-owned, with headquarters in the Kwakiutl First Nation and operations in Nanaimo. We work in collaboration with First Nations, municipalities, and housing partners to deliver scalable solutions that respond to local needs.
